Our work
One method, wherever we are needed.
We are small. So we do two things: hand aid directly to people who need it, and put money and equipment behind organizations already doing the work better than we could from here. The list of places keeps growing — we go where the need is. In 2025 we ran a small arts program in Johannesburg that reached about 20 children.
Disaster response · The Philippines
When the storms hit, money has to move in days, not months.
We provide financial and logistical support to partners already on the ground. They know the community, they know who has not eaten, and they can be cooking within hours of the money landing.
The September 2026 response fed 260 people in one evening. The project before it reached more than 140.
Cups of food going out in the rain, one table, one line, until the pots were empty.
Direct relief · Denver
We pack them ourselves and hand them out ourselves.
We pack care packages and hand them out ourselves, and we deliver supplies to the local organizations doing this every day of the year. More than 700 packages have gone out by hand, and supplies we have given have reached over a thousand more people.
It is unglamorous, local, and it is where most of our volunteer hours go.
Art, craft & school · Uganda
The first art class most of them have had — and the books to stay in school.
The Art and Craft Program is run by Dream House Uganda Foundation, and we helped set it up. We supply the materials, tools and equipment — paint, canvas, brushes, sewing machines — for workshops where children learn to make things with their hands.
Alongside the workshops we fund Dream House’s school sponsorship — tuition and the scholastic materials children need to turn up and take part. For the 2026 school year we funded every child’s back-to-school needs through them: exercise books, pens, pencils and geometry sets, handed over one child at a time by the Dream House team.
We also give Dream House ongoing financial support, beyond the programs themselves.
